Does your company test on animals?


Diamond By Kerr Cosmetics is a cruelty free brand. we do not test our products on animals nor do we allow others to test on our behalf. Our brand is certified as cruelty free




What forms of payments do you accept?


The payment methods we accept are: All major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept payment from Paypal. We're sorry, we do not accept: Checks, cash on delivery For your security, the billing name and address on your order must match that of the card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any other that does not match these criteria.




What happens if the product I order becomes temporarily out of stock or backordered?


If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email when that items is back in stock and you will not be charged.




Where is my order status?


You will recieved an email confirmation from us once your order is successfully placed.




Shipping Policy


Please allow 2-3 business day for payment processing. Once your payment is processed, your order will be shipped and you will recieve a shipping confirmation Domestic orders: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. **excluding all public holidays International orders: Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery ** Please note that additonal international taxes or duties will be your respnsibility
